Query regarding Form PAS-6

Please reply does a wholly owned subsidiary company of a foreign company is require to file PAS-6 or not.

Dear sir,

As per the mca notification we are required to demat other than small company so which where company holds the share in demat we are required to file the pas 6 

So filing of pas 6 is compulsory sir
