SRN Status is pending for User Clarification

Dear Friends,

CHG-4 SRN Status showing is pending for user clarification, how to submit reply to ROC on this.

Please suggest.

In our case the status was "Pending for User Response". But it was because we had chosen "Chargeholder" in Point 4(b) - Whether the applicant is.

It got approved after 2 - 3 weeks.

Same happens with us, status of charge form is showing  "pending for user response". 

It's being a more than a month now.
