Respected All,

Could anybody suggest me the procedure to revised the Return of Allotment (Form 2) filed with ROC and has been approved the ROC also.

In other words, we have filed Form 2 and approved by ROC also. After few months, we got to know that that form was wrongly field with ROC in respect of Number of shares.

Could it be cancelled or not, if yes than how ?

Could it be revised or not, if yes than how ?

There is no provision of filing revised Form 2.

Revised Form 2 filed by you will be taken by ROC as fresh Form 2 and thus paid up capital will be further increased.

You can talk to ROC people personally regarding mistake in Form 2.

And then after consulting ROC officials, you can file revised Form 2 attaching therewith letter requesting for correction of mistake done and also Board Resolution.

u need to manage the things behind the screen.,(ROC)
it is possible for you to file fresh return even after first form getting approved.
