Change in Constitution of CA Firm

Dear Team,

need you advice on the below points

my firm was proprietorship till 26th December 2021 and converted into partnership w.e.f 27/12/2021. firm constitution has been changed in ICAI records.

I am auditor of some private limited companies and not audit signed by me in partnership capacity. Since now i have to sign the balance sheets of private limited companies. need help in understanding

1. Since name of firm, Firm registration no (as per ICAI records) has not change do i need to resign from companies as proprietorship and re appointment as partnership firm

2. do i have to file form ADT-3 and ADT-1 again with late fees

3. in case we have to file ADT-3 and ADT-1 , can we file in current date or compulsory to file from the date of change in constitution of firm

please help in these points
