Filing Form GNL 2 for MGT 15

Dear All,

Do we have to file MGT 15 as attachment in form GNL 2?

if yes then please provide any circular relating to it.

We have to file MGT-15 with ROC and GNL-2 is filed for those for whihc no specific form has been allotted. 

Therefore GNL-2 is used to file MGT-15.

Refer Section-121 with relevant rule and GNL-2 is general form for many purpose...There is no circular..
