DIN Approval letter

We are not able to get the DIN approval letter after mentioning required information, how to get that ?

First you go on MCA portal & download DIN-1 Form, then fill it with necessary attachment as photo, id(voter card, passpt in zerox) verification form with sealed of cs & signatures . Afterabove said upload it on MCA portal.

error displayed like "Please make sure that all the required fields are entered corrctly"

we have entered all the details correctly

This error could be because of entered details are not matching with the originally filed DIN-1... so if u have the copy of DIN-1 so make sure that the details are perfectly matching with the DIN-1.

We dont have the original DIN copy........thats why we are searching out

Another query related to previous query:

One of my Directors dsc has been expired on 30.09.2012 and we have taken a new dsc today should we regd it with mca or not ?

Yes you will have to Roll Check again on MCA Portal with new DSC.

You can get the details by entering the details in the Form 32 and see what the details are given for the director.

During roll check following error has been displayed...............DIGITAL SIGNATURE FAILED OR YOUR CA IS NOT TRUSTED, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR SYSTEM SETTINGS ARE AS PER THE MCA GUIDELINE MENTIONED ON THE PORTAL.

Please sort out my problem

Can one director take two dsc

Yes the one director can take a two DSC. but you have to sign the Form with the DSC which are last registered on MCA site.
