Dear All,
 
Can you please help me out as how to proceed against a Bank giving wretched service (Business Banking) to a Company?
I am looking something like by way of filing compliant agaisnt the Bank in the Office of Banking Ombudsman, RBI.
 
Please suggest.

Hi Arvind,

I feel, before approaching the RBI Ombudsman (which should be the last
resort ideally), try to approach the respective bank's Chief Grievance
Redressal Officer or someone by that name and authority.

If you already done this then please go ahead and approach the RBI
Ombudsman. If not, I suggest you approach the officer/authority as
mentioned above, this may solve your problem and additionally also,
this will be an evidence for you when you approach the Ombudsman that
you have tried all the possible ways to solve your issue/concern.
