EPF Act - Change in Authorised signatory

Dear friends

 

I have a query

The Company is registered under Employees Provident Fund Scheme, 1952

there has been a change in authorised signatories for the PF scheme

 

is there any particular Form in which the Change is required to be intimated

or plane application on letter head will do the purpose

Dear Mr. Patnaik,

 

Simple letter in letterhead would be sufficient for change in authorised signatory.

 

However, change in Proprietor, Partner, Directors, Occupier & Manager (under Factories Act) need to be furnished in Form 5A as per paragraph 36A of the PF Scheme, 1952.
