form FTE on MCA site

please tell whether FTE form available on MCA site  is active?can we close a company now by filing the FTE form available on MCA?

Dear Rinki,

FTE forms are not available in MCA site. A company cannot be winded up using FTE forms. Since they are withdrawn from site.

i have just checked it on MCA, under approval services form is available version dated 08/05/2016.

for winding up under FTE mode, we need to file STK 2 form, which is not available.

Form FTE under section 560 is no more valid now, procedure as per section 248-252 of companies act, 2013 need to be followed.

Mca is working badly,

If one wants to proceed for strike off in hurry, how can  it b done without eform

Ministry should have to look out matters asap; why one should bear inconvenience due to lacuna/fault of others.
