Error while filing DIR 3 KYC

While filing form DIR 3 KYC getting error as"CONFIRM  PAN ENTERED IN THE FORM IS THE PAN OF DSC HOLDER "Pls suggest as the name in PAN and DIN are same.

As far as DSC is concerned, the most important thing which you should note is that the DSC should be PAN embedded DSC. Hence first check whether the name mentioned in DSC & PAN are matching. If there's a mismatch it will show error while prescrutizing the form. There are also cases that even if both the names matches, still the error comes saying "Please ensure that the name matches with the PAN details of the DSC holder".

So what you can do is first delete some temporary files & retry. Sometimes it gets resolved. If the issue still persists, then immediately contact the DSC vendor from whom the DSC was made & ask him to prepare a new one because DSC once made cannot be rectified. This is because the vendor might have punched some incorrect PAN details while making the DSC.

I am facing the same problem. I have checked with DSC authorized agency and they confirm PAN is properly recorded. PAN in DIN application is also same. I raised ticket and still I get the massage to check PAN in DSC.

I do not know how to proceed in filing DIR-3 KYC by 15th September, 2018.

Sir in this case MCA will not be able to help you. Secondly the vendors will escape by saying that they did not commit any errors because they might be forced to prepare a new DSC for free due to their negligence. Hence there's no other option than making a new DSC

I am trying to verify PAN details, form is continuosly gives the same error like " ENTER CORRECT PAN DETAILS "

I also tried giving other PAN details for which verification was successful and KYC was filed.

Anybody facing the similar issues??

Yes, the same problem is arising !!

The details entered are perfectly matching with the pan database and still the error "Please enter the correct PAN Details" is occurring.

Same thing happening with me. Few days back it was verified but somehow it was not filed and now its giving error that enter correct PAN Details.

Dear Hariom Sharmaji, in your case, did you check the PAN details via I.T.D portal?  You can make a permutation combination of that four words and note down the one that exactly displays you the correct details.  I did so in one of the cases and I could successfully verify PAN details in DIR-3 KYC form.

PAN verification unsuccessful is a website problem, everyone is facing the same issue. Nothing can be done.
