)  The main objects to be pursued by the Company on its incorporation are -
1. To initiate, carry out, execute, implement, aid and assist activities towards 
skill development in the  __________ sector  in India  (“Sector”) and 
meeting the entire value chain’s requirements of appropriately trained 
manpower in quantity and quality on a sustained and evolving basis.
2. To develop a skill development plan for the Sector and maintain skill 
inventory.
3. To determine skills/competency standards and qualifications in 
consonance with the Sector norms. 
4. To plan and execute training of trainers.
5. To promote academies of excellence.
6. To establish a well structured Sector specific labour market information 
system (“LMIS”) to assist planning and delivery of training. 
7. To facilitate in standardizing the affiliation and accreditation process for 
the Sector. TEMPLATE OF MOA AND AOA FOR SECTION 25 COMPANY (NOT FOR PROFIT)

8. To coordinate participation of social partners, employers in the private 
sector, training providers, professional societies and NGOs/civil society 
groups in the process of skill development for the Sector. 
9. To identify the skill development needs of the Sector, review international 
trends in Sector skill development and identify Sector  skill gaps and 
technology.
10. To do and undertake the task of educational and vocational skill upgrade
for the Sector. 
11. Facilitate in setting up a robust and stringent certification and accreditation 
process for the Sector to ensure consistency and acceptability of 
standards.

Madam,

Thank you for the quick response. But the Company will be incorporated for supply of man power. (not man power training). Kindly provide the same.

To carry on the business of providing Manpower placement, consultancy and recruiting, Selecting, Interviewing, Training and Employing all types of executives, Middle Management Staff, Junior Level Staff, Workers, Labourers Skilled/Unskilled etc. required to individuals, bodies, corporate, societies, undertakings, institutions, associations, government, local authorities etc 
2) To carry on the business of providing services as human resource managers, consultants and advisors and to provide contractual advise and guidance on employment matters and other human resource services associated with contractual services including termination and outplacement required to individuals, bodies, corporate, societies, undertakings, institutions, associations, government, local authorities etc 
3) To carry on business of Security Management including industrial, commercial housing and all types of security services , Labour Consultants, labour contractors and to make available knowledge, skill, experience, staff, labour, Security Personnel, Armed Guards and Escorts to any person, persons, firm, body corporate or Government and Semi-Government organizations or any other organisation, authority or entity for the purpose of Security, Detection, Intelligence, Labour, and Management, and workers for office management and to conduct employment bureau and to provide consultancy and other services in connection with requirements of persons and manpower supply in India and abroad..
