Procedure for franking of share certificates in Delhi

Can anyone share with me the procedure for the above purpose ?

Hi Kartik,

In Delhi, share stamping is applied through the online portal of SHCIL, there is no concept of franking.

You can do it on your own. Very simple process.

Register your company on this link and then upon login you'll be able to fill the form along with required documents.
