APOSTILED AOA MOA COPY FOR INCORPORATION OF PVT LTD WITH FOREIGN NATIONAL

Hi,

We are incorporating a Pvt Ltd with One foreign national and one Indian Subscriber/Director.

Can anyone guide how to Apostille MOA/AOA. I.e. first Indian subscriber will sign the subscriber sheet and then send it to Foreign national for sign and then he will apostille the document there or 2 separate subscriber pages will be attached for both subscriber.?

If the foreign national has OCI then apostilisation is not required.

Have one query whether we've to apostille all documents of foreign subscriber  including passport, utility bill, dir-2etc.
