Trade Mark Agent registration

Hi friends,

I am a registered trade mark agent. so far I have done manual filing so far. Installed the settings but not able to register in online.

Can anyone guide me in online registration

Hi Vidhya

Just go through the DSC user Manuel  and install DSC installer.

Use DSC class -3. I was also facing same problem and now corrected.

Also let me know class 3 DSC has two types,, one is only signature & second one is encryption & signature,

@Vindhya. Right click on Internet Exploral Icon and select Run as Administrator. and then try to register. it will work..

Hi all,
A practcing CS can act and reprsent its client before the trade mark
authority just as a trademark agent. No seperate formalties required,
the only difference is that they cannot represent their client in
court just as a trademark attorney does. Also a Practicing CS need not
clear any exam to act as trademark agent.
