DSC PROBLEM IN DIR-3

Kapil: Dear members,
While attaching professional DSC with DIR-3 an error pop up shows that " Error encountered while signing:
The window cryptographic service provider reported an error:
Key does not exist.
Error code 2148073485."
Screen shot attached herewith.
Anyone also facing the same? Please help.
I've also Tried uninstalling & reinstalling e pass 2003 but problem not yet solved
