Dir 12- form already pending against CIN

I'm facing this error ‘form dir 12 is already pending for approval against CIN’ while submitting Dir 12, but there is no dir 12 form pending against this company. How to submit the form in this case?

I recently encountered the same error, where the Previous CS had submitted DIR-12 But did not make payment of the form, due to which I had received the same error. 1st of all Contact MCA and ask for any pending SRN against CIN. If there is any pending SRN, then ask for the User ID from which the form is submitted.

MCA helpdesk can provide you the user ID, SRN, Date of form Submitted, and Reason for which the Form is pending.

2nd Contact the respective Person to whom the User ID belongs and Tell him/her to Cancel the SRN, also Drop a mail to ROC (Company Registered under) mentioning your concern and Ask to cancel the SRN from their end.
