Additional Fee in Form INC-20A

Hi All,

Company incorporated on 16-11-22, when I am filing the INC-20A, Challan is being created with additional fee 12 times.

Is it a V3 issue or am I doing something wrong?

Is this the new mandatory attachment requirement for INC-20A ?

Photograph of Registered Office showing external building and inside office also showing therein at least one Director/ KMP

My Company is incorporated on 17/01/2023, but the challan here too is getting generated for Rs. 5200 (12 times)

The system's errors continue..

Let's cancel the transaction and wait..

For the errors and non-functional V3 issues, companies and professionals should not be penalized..due date to be extended without additional fees

Getting same error, this is due to error in logic of Form.

I am getting error of INVALID CIN.

Before that when I tried filing, AADITIONAL FEES OF 5,200 added, hence I cancelled SRN.

Since morning showing INVALID CIN error.

Anyone else finding this error, tried filing Form 20A, almost 6 times, everytime same error, adn where name and mail if of Company is prefilling but registered office address is not prefilling.

Can anyone guide in this.
