CHG-1 - meaning of "Terms of Repayment"

Plz can anyone explain the meaning of "Terms of Repayment" in case of CHG-1 ?

Dear Manoj,
"Terms of Repayment" refers to the conditions agreed upon by the company and the charge holder regarding the repayment of the loan at the time the loan is obtained. When filling the Form CHG-1, you may specify "As per the loan agreement attached" in this section.
