change in object clause of an OPC

  Hi,

 I have to alter object clause of an OPC, we generally do it by passing SR in EGM by postal ballot except in case of OPCs and other companies having members upto 200.
 How to comply, please help.

Sweety ji, procedure for alteration of MOA - Hold the BM and fix the time, date and venue for EGM, issue notice along with explanatory state.. And pass SR and file MGT-14 WITH in 30 days of passing SR ....attach with MNO-14,  NOTICE explanatory statement. .certified copy of SR AND BR....
