llp form 11 - disqualification of Director DPIN

Hi,

I am trying to file form 11 with 2 partners LLP firm.

One of the partner is a director of a company that is stricken off and his DIN became INACTIVE.

As the form requires 2 partners digital signatures, in pre scrutiny, it is displaying digital signature not registered for inactive DIN of disqualified director.

I have to file FORM 11, kindly suggest me.

How to appoint DP  from previous date?

Does Director disqualification means he is disqualified in LLP ACT too?

No. Disqualification of a Director is only pertaining to Companies Act & not LLP Act. Hence he can be appointed as a DP in LLP

but for appointing a new dp you would need to amend the llp agreement to.
