No Late filling Fee for MSME Form I as per Instruction Kit

Kindly Clarify on this as per the instruction kit provided there is no fee written on Additional Fees column. Is it so?

Yes , there will be no fee for MSME Form I

However, if the Company could not file the form within prescribed period of time, then there will be no clarity that it should be filed with additional penalty or not?

If a company fails to comply with msme order penal provision will get attracted as provided in sec 405 of the companies act 2013. Screenshot attached.

Thanks for the clarity. However, if the company files the form after prescribed period, Is there any additional penalty levied by Registrar of Companies??

The said screen shot is provided for section 405, if the company had not filed the form But what about the case that I mentioned above?
