IEC DSC error

While signing IEC modifiaction application it showing "PAN Number in DSC doesn't match with any of the Member/Director/Partner of the IEC. Please proceed with the Organisation Based token or IEC Based token. For further details refer to the Section Learn -> Application Help and FAQ's."

Any one please suggest PAN number is already present in existing iec and we are using pan based dsc only.
