MCA: view signatory details - different for same individual at LLP and at Pvt Ltd Co? why so ?

Dear Friends,

I am facing an issue which is like this : 

MCA: view signatory details - different for same individual at LLP and at Pvt Ltd Co? why so ?

In Pvt Ltd Co i used his DSC token and uploaded a form, but in LLP it shows that his DSC token is not registered.

Can someone clarify as to what is to be done in this regard
