Can any one tell me what is "specimen signature duly verified" for DIR-3 which is to be attached to the form.
Please provide me some template if any one has it

I agree with the views of all members taken in this specific topic. Because no where there is any special form prescribed for Signature Verification of the person, while applying for Director Identification Number. Hence, the view can be taken that the Form INC-10 can be used and all the applicable things required should be kept and other things should be strike off.

Form INC 10 need not to be filed with DIR-3. It is part of INC 7 and need to be attached to the same. Refer Rule 16 (1) (q) of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014.

Form INC 10 need to be attached in form INC-21, i.e. commencement of business and not in INC-7 .

Yes, but the forms provided in the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 requires INC 10 to be attached with INC 7, dont know how MCA surpass its own notified rules.
