Dear All,
The board of a private limited Company has been suspended by the NCLT and a liquidator has been appointed but the liquidator failed to notify the same to ROC within 30 days through INC-28.
Now, while going for condonation in the form RD-1, the form asks for Director's details for filing the form. The board is suspended and doesn't have the authorisation to file the same.
Any way out of this.?
