Transfer of shares from HUF to member on partition of HUF

Dear Members,

In a Private Limited Company, the shares are held by a HUF. When the karta died, the family members executed deed of partition of HUF. In which, it is decided to transfer the shares of the Pvt ltd company to Mr X. 

Now, what compliances, the  private limited company need to do to transfer the shares from HUF to Mr.X?

Execution of transfer deed, obtain of valuation report, submission of these documents alongwith shares certificates and partition deed to company for registration and approval purpose.
