CHG-9 Query

Dear Members,

Can any one please suggest how to record data in Form CHG-9 when Secured Debentures are issued in tranches and Debenture trust deed is signed for full composite amount.

Whether the series of debentures are registered with the Registrar of Companies (RoC)- what to be considered for this point? whether issue is to be considered or allotment?- we have taken approval from for issue in composite numbers, however allotment is splitted into trenches.

*Date of present issue of series- whether this tab is for only single trench? if yes then how to record for other upcoming trenches?
