Time period for issuing training sponsorship letter

Dear CS Group Members,

I have completed cs professional and joined in a listed company which is registered with icsi for imparting training on February 3rd, 2014 to undergone 15 months training. As per the new guidelines I have sent my appointment letter, Training application form, edp certificate and resume to Asst director for training through mail which they mentioned on icsi website.

It has been more than one month but still I didnt get any response from him. I tried to call them they are picking up.

Can anyone tell me the time period for issuing training sponsorship letter and advice me further steps.

Hi Sravan,

Just put an e-mail to the concerned person. It took more than a month i my case too, I sent a mail and they sent me a soft copy of sponsorship letter following with hard copy of the same.

I already sent a mail and even called them almost 3-4 times but every time they are telling that concerned person is not available now, please call later.

When i spoke to one of cs management committee member, he told there are some cases where they got sponsorship letter even after 3 months.

As per rules. U have to sent scanned Memorandum of agreement between Company secretary  and you also.

Memorandum of agreement is to be sent when we r undergoing training under practicing company secretary but when it is under a company the procedure followed is totally different.
