Form INC24 got Resubmission with following remarks

Comments :- Pl. also submit: 1) Declaration by at least two directors duly verified by an affidavit pursuant to rule 29(1) of Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 declaring that the company has not defaulted in filing of any documents with the registrar nor defaulted in repayment of deposits or debentures or interest thereon nor there is any prosecution/inquiry/investigation pending against the company. 2) Provide duly signed certified true copy of proposed altered AoA and MoA along with proper footnotes including the date of proposed amendments. 3) In case the name of the company proposed to be changed due to change in business activity, then certificate from chartered accountant regarding turnover details from new activity shall be enclosed. Resubmit the form with correct particulars and attachments. In case of any further deficiency in e-form, the said e-form will be rejected/not be taken into record without any further notice."

Can you clarify what exactly required in Point 2 and point 3

Had received this remark recently except point no. 2. My INC-24 is approved. You can use the attached CA Certificate and declaration. If you need help with signing of CA Certificate then call or whatsapp at 8586872788. Not sure about point no. 2 if they need  E-MOA & E-AOA or physical MOA & AOA but I guess, you may attach E-MOA & E-AOA uploaded as linked form with MGT-14 because it has both footnote and proposed amendment.
