ERROR IN UPLOADING ALL FORMS

Dear Members,

 I am trying to upload forms on MCA, but in each form, there is some sort of error is coming which i am sharing with you, if any body has also faced such error  or has solution in regard of these errors, please share:

1. DIR -3 - FOR DIN ALLOTMENT - SIGNATURE VALIDATION FAILED FOR PRACTISING PROFESSIONAL. IS NOT AUTHORISED TO SIGN THIS FORM.

2. CHG-4: - CHARGE HOLDER NAME IS NOT SHOWING ON THE FORM, IT SHOWING OTHERS IN PLACE OF NAME OF BANK. MY FORM CAME UNDER RESUBMIT, DUE TO THIS THAT NAME OF CHARGE HOLDER IS NOT SHOWING IN FORM.........

3. MGT-14: THE FORM IS NOT THE LATEST ONE.

PLEASE SHARE YOUR VIEWS........... AND I request to all members to start mailing the problems to MCA helpdesk at their e mail id:  appl.h...@mca.gov.in so that they understand problems facing by all professionals also. I did it on my part, please you also contribute.........

Even I have been facing same problem with DIR 3.

When I contacted DIN cell, they told that there are some problems in Forms and we need to wait for 2 or 3 days for smooth filing of forms.

Even we are facing the same problem from couple of days... its really frustrating to convince Clients..

I am getting the following error  "Signature Validation failed for signature field for practicing professional/secretary. The person is not authorized to sign on this field" 

Is this the same error you are getting

Forms versions are changing frequently. DIR 12 has been upgraded 3 times till now.latest is of dated 2-5-14. so please be careful.

Dear All,

Please share what are all the software requirements.

I have win 7 installed with java 7 update 55, adobe 9 professional.

But still the error shows while uploading INC-1: "form could not be uploaded properly"

Please help me out.

Finally after so many errors came while preparing and uloading of forms, now all the forms has been error free and all problems resolved . As in CHG-4, now charge holder name is showing even after saving the form. Just download the fresh form and then prepare it again and then uplaod.

1. Mca daily updating the forms please download the form before filling don't use already filled forms. 

2. Make sure Professional digitial signature has been registered with Mca / details of professional entered might me some different / selecting of appropiate membership status 

3. Regarding 2 Query consult MCA
