Kindly share the procedure for payment of stamp duty on transfer of shares (physical) in Delhi.

You need to obtain share transfer stamps from GPO or any other big post office and affix on your SH-4. That is the proof of payment of stamp duty in case of transfer of shares.

Same method, the procedure has remained same for years and i beleive there is no change in stamps as well.
