In section the wording is "and if the characters employed therefor are not those of the language or of one of the languages in general use in that locality, also in the characters of that language or of one of those languages."   

As per my view, English is in general use everywhere in India so it will be sufficient if Board is in English language only. If a person is literate, he starts reading ABC from Nursery and his regional language teaching in schools generally starts later. So any literate person can easily read English than any other language. Here is question of reading and not of speaking.  We can say that "English is one of the language in general use in every locality."

While taking the photo for lat-long , there are options in the camera to give address + lat-long . i feel it isbetter to avoid giving the address as it will not match the address given to MCA. In which case we may have to amend the regd office address to match the geo tagged address.

Here the act is mentioned the specific word because of the company has to follow state law or local law along with the central law too.

Alternative is "Angle camera" - App,  you can capture pics there and those pics directly will be stored in your gallery.
