I have been facing an issue for the last 4 days while filling details in SPICe+ Part B. Specifically, while entering the AO/PAN/TAN details, an Excel file gets downloaded upon clicking the “Save” button, and the following error message appears:
“Please enter correct TAN AO code, AO Type, Range Code & AO No from the downloaded Excel Sheet.”
Despite entering the correct details as per the downloaded Excel sheet, the issue remains unresolved. I have already tried refilling the form, using incognito mode, and have also raised a ticket on the MCA portal. However, the problem still persists.
I have attempted all possible troubleshooting steps from my end, but I am unable to proceed further. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue so that I can complete the process.
