 Dear all,

Mr. A has already holds the DIN and a certain email id is associated with the DIN, then his relative also wants to be a director in a company, so for that the same email id has been provided and the company got incorporated (even MCA allows the filing with similar E-mail ID).

Now how to create the user profile at MCA of his relative as the email id associated with his DIN is already associated with MCA of Mr. A.

As we cannot create the profile and change the relative email via filing form DIR-3 KYC as his DSC is not associated with MCA, we changed Mr. A email via filing form DIR-3 KYC,

 

So what could be the possible solutions to this, please suggest.
