The requirement to place the matter relating to Appointment of Auditors for Ratification by Members at every Annual General Meeting is done away by the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 vide Notification dated 07.05.2018 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi.
Accordingly, no Resolution needs to be proposed for Ratification of the Appointment of Auditors since then.

In my opinion, Notice is required because at least ordinary resolution for Auditor ratification is required every year.

AGM notice is not required to be attached unless any specific transactions like passing of Special resolution for change of objects, alteration of MOA, AOA etc. are done.

It is not necessary to attach Notice of AGM in AOC-4 XBRL. Any exemption?
