Does anyone have search report format...Normally what needs to be checked in search report to provide banks

If the number of charges are less than 3-4 you can quote 4k. if there are more than 5 charges you can quote 5k-10k depending on the number of charges.

Dear Vishnu,

your inputs given for quote are not practical....in todays world where there is stiff competition,we are forced to quote the minimum......I am doing a lot of search reports and I am talking from practical experience

My suggestion is less than 10 entries quote 2000......for every additional entry increase your quote by 50 Rs.....

Normally i charge 3k for minimum search report and if there are more than 5 charges i will charge minimum of 5k and minimum of 8-10 search reports i will sign every month.

and i dont work for 1000/- for search report. And we shd also maintain some Minimum fee level like other professionals. If we start doing the works for 500rs and odd, the client will take it for granted.

Yes. More than 3k is fair enough and dont charge 50rs for extra entry. We should not work like notary.
