Dear Friends

How to track a complaint based on ticket no. on the MCA21 website. I filed one complaint on 30th Jan, issued ticket no. in numerical.

On the option of "track your complaint", it asks for the SRN no. which is alpha-numerical.

I have till date not got any resolution of my complaint.

Any suggestions??

The MCA site is not working properly.  I had filed the incorporation documents for a company on 01.12.2013 and the fee and stamp duty payment was made sucessfully.  When I tracked the status of the same after 10 minutes it shows status as " waiting for stamp duty payment" and beneath under transaction in process window; payment confirmed, transaction is being processed by the system. I have booked a ticket for the same on 01.02.2013 itself, but there ticket remains un attended.  I contacted the mca helpdesk several times, they are not in a position to give a clear reply and they are not in a position to state the date by which it will be getting corrected.  New incorporation forms for two companies were filed by the two promoters of my company at a later date and the companies were incorporated on 6th February and 7th February.  I contacted the roc office several times and they also told me that they had booked in this regard but the same seems unattended.  i cannot understand why for updation the payment status or making a reply why mca is taking more than 13 days and even if they are not in a position to say by which date the same will be rectified.  I cannot understand why the MCA is not in a  position to get these things corrected even after 25 days of change of operator.
 
If anybody able to provide any solution for this issue

Dear Friend,

Knowing the status of complaint does not require SRN instead it requires ticket no. for which you have to visit MCA21 and click on user complaint and grievances , click on track status (on the left corner)and then  four options will be displayed click on status of ticket for which u require only ticket no. and your given e - mail id (provided by you at time of filling up of the complaint)

As MCA site is not working properly for a long time now , So the complaints filled are unanswered . You can directly call the MCA helpdesk.

Dear Ashish, for tracking of complaint status, you have to see column complaint and grievances on mca home page, track status is given there.
