Dear members,

I had filed Form 1 with PAN no. of partners and got approval.
THen I applied and got approval of DIN for both the partenrs.

Now in Form 2, therein Details of Designated Partners, where I insert the DIN no.
it shows error with "Invalid DPIN. Enter valid DPIN"

I want to know wht is the difference between "Partner" and "Designated Partner".

How do I proceed with approved DIN in Form 2.?
How to I associate DIN as DPIN in Form 2

Hope u will answer my query as early as possible.

Thanks and Regards,
Perila Sheth

Dear,

Use the following link to register DSC with LLP

as designated partner. It is also recommended that you associate DIN on MCA 21 poratl also with RoC records.

as you associate the DIN the error message of DPIN shal fade out.The difference between partner and designated partner is simply of Shareholder and Director in the Company

Designated partner are same as to the Director in the Compay. Tbhery are liable for the operation of the LLP  and day to day affairs
and Partner are normal partner in the LLP.
