Form 8 LLP Additional Fees Event date

An LLP has been incorporated in Jan 2021, LLP has filed their FORM 11 but not filed their FORM 8.

If LLP wants to file their FORM 8 in that case what would be the date of the event to calculate additional fees it should be 31/03/2021 or 30/10/2021.

If we have filed FORM 11 in that case we have to file FORM 8 also.

If you have filed Form 11 for 31-March-2021 that means first financial year has closed on 31-March-2021 and in that case you need to prepare financials too for FY 2020-21 and file Form 8

Event date will be March 31,2021, but the additional fees for Form 8 will be calculated from November 01,2021.

In my case if I am entering 31/03/2021 and my contribution amount is Rs 10000 then additional amount is rs 14500

According to LLP Amendment Rules, the LLP will be categorised as Small LLP and the normal filing fees shall be Rs. 50 and the additional fees shall be 10 times of normal fees. So, it should be around 550 for Form 8.
