can a ACS certified the Report or it shall be certified only by the PCS ?

Better to ask the bank for the format copy.

Since different banks have different formats.

yeah right. Bank have their formats of Due Diligence Report. You may ask from them for the standard format in which they desired the report and also ask from them from whom they want it whether from a PCS or from a company secretary who is in employment.

2. Search Report
