Dear Ashok

Capital Reserve cannot be used for issue of bonus shares, it can be issued only out of reserves made from divisible profits and share premium account can be used for adjusting premium on issue of bonus shares.

Mr.Ashok,

Capital reserve is not a free reserve. Bonus can be issued only out of free reserves. For more, please refer to Cl.96 of Table A of Com.Act.
