Dear Professionals,

We had done a public inspection for one of our client & downloaded latest Form 23AC which was filed in XBRL Format.

How to download & view the contents of Balancesheet attachment ?  

Do we need to install any specific software to view or download the XBRL attachments ?

Dear Prabhakarji,

you can download attachment of Balance sheet from highlighted part as attached.

or u can down load XBRL Toolkit from MCA SIte and Attached XML file can converted from that tool.

You should first save XML files (balance sheet) attached in Form 23AC at the desktop then download XBRL tool from MCA Site in (XBRL potion) and then open the tool and then open the file in it , then you can read the content of XML file.

After the payment of inspection, you need to go to MY DOCUMENTS in your mca id..............You will find the company with the option view....click view....& select the Annual filing e forms.....then select forms with relevant year....then view documents......May it is useful steps.

To view the XBRL files....You need to download MCA XBRL TOOL....
