Hi all!
I need a resolution for Section 180(1)(a) of Companies Act, 2013, as i am unable to a recent one on any source.
My Main concern is- Section 180(1)(a) talks about sale, lease, and dispose of whole undertaking or substantially of the undertaking but does it include creation of security interest like mortgage or charge or hypothecation?
