RESUBMISSION OF INCORPORATION FORMS.

Dear Friends,

I filed a SPICe form for incorporation of Company. The same is required to be resubmitted for want of a few informations by the ROC. But I am unable to download the forms from ROC. I followed the following procedure to download the forms:

1. Login to the MCA21 application.

2. Click the MCA Services tab. The list of MCA Services is displayed.

3. Under e-filing, click the Download Submitted Form for resubmission menu. The Download Submitted Form for resubmission page is displayed.

4. In the Enter SRN field, enter the SRN of the eForm that has been marked for resubmission.

5. Click the Submit button. In the Informational Alert dialogue box, a message is displayed. 

6. Click the Ok button to close the Informational Alert dialogue box.

7. Still The eForm is not displayed.

What should I do?

Can you please tell me how to import data from one form to another in adobe reader 11 version, as I can only export data and the option of import data is not activated?

it is not possible to import into another pdf in adobe 11. If old forms cannot be located it is better to prepare new forms and then upload.

if the issue is with removing digital signature try the following:-

1. Install adobe 7

2. Press modify

3. Select save as and then save in different name

4. install adobe 11

5. Then press check form and then affix DSC

In resubmission requirements by ROC there is mentioned that "Definition of Pvt Ltd not mentioned in AOA" what does it mean and where and how to mention the same in AOA?

Definition of private company and first director needs to be mentioned in AOA.

definition can be mentioned in point (1).

And first directors in point (58)
