Company Strike off

Hi,

A company wants to go for strike off process. The company has done business in FY23-24. From 1st April, 2024 onwards they have not done any business and already closed the bank account.

Can they go for strike off?

Yes, they can go for strike off if they have not done any business activity from the past 2years.

also it fulfill the below conditions:

• The company has not started business within one year of incorporation.
• The company has not been operating for the previous two financial years.
The company has not applied to be dormant in the previous two financial years.
The company's subscribers have not paid the required subscription.
