Dear Learned Members,

I am a qualified Company Secretary having 3 years post qualification experience. I am thinking to pursue Phd. Please let me know the scope/ benefits of pursuing this course.

ACA, FCA, AICWAI, ACSI qualifications of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India provided the candidates have secured: i) One of the above qualifications after the lapse of at least two years after obtaining a University UG degree from any recognized University and ii) 55% or more marks in the aggregate in the qualifying degree examination

Santosh ji, no use of Phd. after completing Prof. course (CA, CS and CMA)......

Hi,

If your primary aim is to teach, please get your fellowship.
Fellowship of CA, ICWA OR CS is equivalent to PhD as per UgC / AICTE norms.
You are eligible to teach at management institutes with this qualification
As an Asst. Professor.

Plus find enclosed the notification.
This could be found on our institute website as well..
