MGT 7 - List of shareholders not attached with the form and delayed.

Dear Sir,

I have not attached the list of shareholders with MGT 7.  Now even the date of uploading it separately has also expired and the system says, "Past the due date".

Kindly advise what to do i.e. how to get it condoned.

How is it possible. List of shareholders is a mandatory attachment and the check form cannot be done until something is attached to it.

Did u attach something else ??

Hi, down loan share holders list excel sheet in MGT-7. same need to uploan after long in in MCA. Mca Services- upload list of share holders. Need to give company name and SRN of the same.
