Query on ODI Form (FEMA)

Dear Members,

 

Two of my Group companies have made investment outisde india....my quesry is whether seperate ODI form is to be filed by each company making investment or just a combined form can be submitted for toal investmemt? pls help

Also i wanted to know if the UIN no. is not available with the company then what is the way out...as the same has to be filed in ODI Form?

The UIN number is allotted after you file the form and you answer the queries of RBI

but no UIN is required to be obtained for the initial investment ??

once you make the first remittance, they will give you UIN. no subsequent remittances can be made unless you get a UIN.
