Spice+ Part A with already reserved but validity expired name

Hi friends,

 Filed Spice+ Part A on 11.01.2023 and the name was reserved.

After conversion of V2 to V3 portal on 23rd Jan, that Spice+ part A application is not found under My Application tab / Historical Forms 

Raised complaints and sent mails to MCA helpdesk but no solution till now.

Validity of that SRN also expired on 01.02.2023.

Is it possible  to file SPICE+ form with the name , which was already approved but validity expired.?

When  I try to apply so, submit button in Part A SPICE+ form is not enabled.

The above same issue of the Name Reservation was expired on 01.02.2023 was expired came to us . I am also seeking a Solution.
