Query on PAS 6

Dear Members,

I have a query regarding PAS-6.

We have a company with both Equity Shares and CCPS. However, the company has obtained ISIN only for Equity Shares, and accordingly we are filing PAS-6 only for Equity Shares.

In this case, for the tables in PAS-6, Screenshot as below, should we mention:

  1. Only the number of Equity Shares (for which ISIN has been obtained), or
  2. Both Equity Shares and CCPS (total issued capital of the company)?
